Our First Stage Players is for students age 8-12 and is focused on discovering the basics of theater and getting accustomed to performing quality plays in front of live audiences.

This is a 7-week curriculum that meets once per week on Wednesdays from 4pm to 6:00pm.

It’s a fun and exciting experience for our younger actors and actresses to learn about costumes, performing and props….all in a fun, educational environment! The First Stage Players curriculum includes:

  • How to voice different types of emotions
  • How to read fluently
  • How to read expressively
  • How to use pantomine and gestures to tell a story
  • Individual story-telling
  • Group story-telling
