Over the course of 30 years, the lives of childhood friends Kayleen and Doug intersect at the most bizarre intervals, leading the two childhood friends to compare scars and the physical calamities that keep drawing them together. Billed on Broadway as a "dark romantic saga" exploring the cost of wounded friendships. Joining a quick glimpse into their secret lives and how self depression can have irreversible effects on one's lifelong well-being and shows that there is always help available.

Including themes of death, self-harm, assault, ableism, mental health, alcohol abuse, and containing mild adult language and topics, "Injuries" is recommended for audience 14 years old and above.

Spark is so honored to be partnering with DACYAC, Dothan Adolescent Community Youth Advisory Council, for this production. DACYAC specializes in addressing health and healthcare with adolescent students. One of the founders, Dr. Jacob Edwards, is a pediatrician that focuses on adolescents and issues often common to them. Dr. Edwards has already been a great contributor to us on adolescent health, mental health, and healthcare issues and how we can best respect these issues on stage. Dr. Edwards or Braxton Kennedy is be attending each performance to participate in post-show discussions.
